I have trapped nerves since fracturing a vertabrae (T8) between my shoulder blades last September. I have tried physiotherapy without sucess. The Dr has referred me to "a pain clinic" (app end of Feb) In the meantime I am still getting a lot of pain. It's with me all the time all the way round my middle (back and front). I did the damage lifting heavy stone in the garden. I am 76

had sciatica ,now have pain seems to be in both hips but worse on left hip also have tingling sensation in left outer calf and sole of left foot dr says trapped nerve take pain relief but hurts when walking but not sitting feels like a really heavy toothache kind of pain
